It may seem strange to tokenize one’s own house, but what if we would tokenize warehouse spaces, or a shopping mall? This would mean that a token would reflect a set amount of rental space in m2. Moreover, the TUI Group, a tourism company, is experimenting with the creation of a single database on a blockchain to smooth out inefficiencies combined with a yield management system.6
